IT Help Desk

  • Carry out order tracking duties and necessary troubleshooting for all networking equipment to guarantee the best working conditions.
    Provides technical support and assistance, whether on the phone, in person, or remotely, related to computer systems, hardware, software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
     

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.•0:1 year of experience in IT management (Fresh Graduates are welcome).•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.•Very Good in English.
