We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee our ceramic and porcelain tile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the factory’s operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and staff management. The Factory Manager will ensure that production goals are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and within the highest quality standards.

Operational Management:• Oversee daily operations of the factory to ensure efficiency and productivity.• Develop and implement production schedules to meet business targets.• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of all production equipment.2. Quality Control:• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product standards are met.• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.• Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during production.3. Staff Management:• Lead, train, and supervise factory staff to ensure a high level of performance.• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.• Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans for employees.4. Maintenance:• Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and minimize downtime.• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any repair needs promptly.5. Health and Safety:• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.• Conduct safety training sessions and drills for factory employees.• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents that occur in the factory.6. Inventory and Supply Chain Management:• Manage inventory levels to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a steady supply chain.• Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.7. Continuous Improvement:• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.• Lead initiatives to adopt new technologies and methodologies in the production process.8. Budget Management:• Develop and manage the factory’s budget.• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.• Ensure financial objectives are met.9. Reporting:• Prepare and present regular reports on production, quality, and financial performance.• Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the production process.• Communicate effectively with upper management and stakeholders.10. Compliance:• Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar managerial role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the ceramics and porcelain tile industry.• Strong understanding of production management, quality control, and maintenance processes.• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
