Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with our company’s values and legal standards.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and absence management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment processes.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coach and mentor employees, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.2-3 years of experience in HR management.Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws.Social Insurance Laws.Heliopolis and nasr city residentsExcellent communication and leadership skills.
