Job description:
- Create purchase orders and inventory reports for management
- Responsible for supply chain
- Develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders
- Manage inventory, including current stock and new deliveries
- Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders
- Research possible item selections
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturer
- Work with the management to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders
- Order products and authorize payments
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, products, and services
- Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals, taking into consideration price, quality, delivery times
- Get in contacts with current manufacturers and initiate new contacts with new suppliers and manufacturers
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of purchasing experienceProficient in datasheets and blueprintsExperience in financial planning and cost-benefit analysisProficient in MS OfficeOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExcellent negotiating skillsDetail-oriented and solid organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldAble to work independently
