3- Make analysis to all problems and send it to the quality team
4- Fix the device in a short time with high quality
5- Register all fixing process on the system
6- Making full test to the devices after fixing
7- Report to the manager
-Age: 35 maximum-High qualification -Experience: 2 years or more in the same field
