4Level1 is seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end close processes.Monitor and analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
