  • Moderate communities on Social Media Platforms, (respond to messages and comments) including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms,
  • adapting methodology where appropriate 
  • Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes.
  • Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation
  •  Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field. Proactive and energetic. Retail Fashion  experience is a #MustGood communication skills. Good writing skillsExcellent command of English. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channelsPositive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented.
