Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our art studio team. The primary responsibility of this role is to upload new designs and artworks onto various online platforms, ensuring that all entries are accurate, consistent, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and upload new designs and artworks to multiple online platforms, including Etsy, Saatchi Art, Artsy, and others.
- Prepare and optimize images using basic image editing software to ensure high-quality uploads.
- Write and edit detailed descriptions for each artwork, utilizing proper art terminology and keywords for SEO.
- Maintain an organized database of all uploaded artworks, tracking their status and availability across platforms.
- Collaborate with the art team to gather necessary information and ensure all data entries align with the studio’s standards and branding.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the upload process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of each platform to maximize visibility and engagement for the artworks.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the studio.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably within the art or creative industry.
- Proficiency in using computers and data entry software, with familiarity in content management systems (CMS).
- Basic skills in image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of art and design terminology.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of SEO principles and social media content management.
- Previous experience managing or uploading content to social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
