• Carefully study the project documents (specifications - quantification - contract - drawings -
timetable).
• Prepare Shop drawings and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation and records are
reviewed and approved by the consultant.
• Preparation of MEP Coordination drawings.
• Providing builders work opening for electrical services.
• 3+ years of experience in shop drawing and quantity surveying for Mechanical Systems in MEPProjects.• Experience with Contracting companies is a must.• Computer Skills - Proficient in the current release of AutoCAD, Word, and MicrosoftExcel.• Blue Prints – Able to read and understand construction drawings.• Drawing Standards – Thorough understanding and efficiency with company drawing standards.• Proficiency with AutoCAD is a must.• Should have hands-on experience in REVIT.• Ability to work well with others under deadline situations.• Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible
