Job Overview:

Maintains a company’s Stores inventory levels, replacing items according to business needs, and ensures Inventory analysis, deviations and reporting stock levels as per standards. Follow-up and Controlling Materials Orders from warehouse till arrived and Confirmed by Concerned stores Manager.

Key Performance Areas:

Forecast supply and demand, stores requirements and production plan to prevent running out-of-stock (OOS) and/or overstocking of BOM. 

Follow up the implementation of inventory plans for the stores.

Keeps track of inventory and supplies that need restocking.

Tracking the stores’ order to control the replaced stock as needed and ensure compliance with the BOM ratio Oil Vs. Bottles.

Oversee storage of products to ensure the control of the slow-moving items to avoid the system future order default uninterrupted.

Determine the minimum number of products for each store and update it based on sales development.

If required. participate in the store's inventory in coordination with the respective team. 

Coordination between the warehouse and stores regarding inventory and available quantities.

Report, when required the purchase details including vendors information, items and required quantity using the internal systems and database.

Analyzes supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.

Keep updated inventory records (Quantity, Expiration), make sure the implementation of First-in First-out (FIFO).

Maintains accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards

Utilizes the company’s inventory software platform to check in products and compare deliveries to outstanding purchase orders.

Prepare the list of all items and Materials which are not available in the stores to Re-order of missed Products
