Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer & Web Developer creates visual concepts to communicate the Company's ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate the audience. This role defines requirements, visualizes, and creates graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, photos, and videos. This position is responsible for the development of a wide variety of designs across digital and offline media.

Key Responsibilities:The responsibilities for the position include: • Develop and prepare digital material, including creating graphic files and Internet-ready artwork • Direct graphic design workflow through effective prioritization and time management skills • Create unique, effective designs that are aligned with the Company’s brand and messaging • Create social media graphics & infographics, social media ads & digital ads • Design and prepare web banners according to each promo’s needs • Design and produce all creative assets for events and launches • Maintain progress and production schedules for completion of assigned projects within stated timeframes • Coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality finished products on time and within budget • Work closely with the social media-communication team to develop and support the company’s visual identity • Assist as needed at photoshoots, video productions  Job Requirements: Education and Specific Training • English C1 or above CEFR proficiency level • Bachelor in graphic design Work Experience • At least 2 years of graphic design experience, either in an agency, professional services, or B2B setting
