The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for technical support, offers, necessary documentation and reports, consultation, fulfilling customer’s requirements and communication with manufacturing facilities worldwide.
Our product portfolio is (Water-related equipment: pumps, filters, UV & Ozone Treatment. etc).

Responsibilities:-
- Selecting water-related equipment for projects, based on clients requested specifications.
- Provide technical support to the sales team.
- Visit customer when required for technical support / clarifications / orientation.
- Collaborate with other departments, Vendors, or other business units to ensure timely resolution to the customer’s request.
Requirements:-Experience (1-3) years in water solutions is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Hands on experience in documentation & technical reports writing.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Learning thrive: agile to learn & grow.Customer focused: you keep the customer front of mind, can nurture, and build a positive relationship.Flexible: ease with changing priorities.Organized: you set the base and priorities within time frame.Communicator: can easily build rapport and run an effective & positive dialog.Excellent command in English & Computer Skills.
