Responsibilities:
The job duties of a bank customer service representative :
-Answer questions about account types and banking products, such as CDs, money market accounts, loans and credit cards
-Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments
Proven experience as call center or similar supervisory positionExperience in customer service is essentialProficient in EnglishWorking knowledge of MS OfficeTech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programsOutstanding communication and negotiation abilitiesA results-oriented approachExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to work under pressure
