- Lead the factory HSE team in the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Daily operational monitoring involves conducting routine inspections, observing activities, reporting deviations, and collecting data to ensure compliance with safety protocols and identify potential hazards.
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate HSE initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
- Perform risk assessments and job safety analyses to identify potential risks.
Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Science.5- 7 Years of proven experience in Aluminum field.Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.Very good command of English.Excellent communication skills.Excellent Leadership skills.
