A Software Projects Coordinator for multiple projects.

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Lead planning and execution of client-facing cloud-based projects.
  • Gather and develop requirements to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan.
  • Ensure client needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Provide project reporting to multiple stakeholders and senior management.
  • Use appropriate strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change and capitalize on supportive forces during all project stages—concept, definition, planning, implementation, and close-out.
  • Promote IT standards and best practices for project management to ensure system quality, adherence to standard methodologies, and effective use of IT resources.
  • Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Follow up with the technical support team.

IT background is essential.Proven experience as a Technical Projects Coordinator.Excellent proficiency in MS Office.Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to build productive business relationships.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.Effective relationship management skills and openness to feedback.Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills.Keen attention to detail.
