- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining all department supplies and arranging office maintenance.
- Plan all social events and activities (Ramdan Iftar, Eid etc…).
- Assist in payroll report preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonuses, and deductions.
- Assist CEO with needed information and performance insights.
- Create, design and execute training.
- Drafting employees contracts, non-disclosure agreements and work agreements.
- Design and enhance company structure and hierarchy.
- Creating and maintaining proper chain of command.
- Creating feedback sessions and employee development programs,
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role.Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.Experience with full-cycle recruiting.Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).Demonstrable leadership abilities.Solid communication skills.BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
