- Provide overall project management and leadership to the project team.

- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to financial targets.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Analyze and approve payment requests, change orders, and other financial documentation.
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve any technical issues or design changes.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and document all project-related decisions.
- Coordinate the preparation of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and other project documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum 10 years of experience as a Projects Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on building projectsProficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codesExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders
