Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them.
  • Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.
  • Understand clients' technical needs and requirements.
  • Provide clients with solutions that meet their needs.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Keep abreast of new products and technologies and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Work closely with other sales team members, such as account managers and sales executives, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Communicate the features and benefits of your company's products or services to potential customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems that may arise during the sales process.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
  • Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
  • Candidates should engage in regular visits to customers’ sites to collect information about gas compressor populations, ignition components, existing operational problems, etc.

 


Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineer and Mechatronics)3-6 years of experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic languages.Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.Strong negotiation skills / contracts negotiations and lead closing.Relationship building to understand client needs.Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.Technical and problem-solving skills.Good leadership and teamwork skills.Availability for travel locally and internationally as required by the position
