Job Description- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using established inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement measures to prevent stock outs, overstocks, and inventory shrinkage.
- Coordinate and oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor order status and address any issues affecting order processing.
- Collaborate with transportation providers either inhouse fleet or contractors to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing products.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Take corrective actions to address any quality issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular safety training for warehouse staff and enforce safety protocols.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents or concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices to streamline warehouse processes.
- Collaborate with the warehouse manager to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clear communication channels with warehouse staff and other departments.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor of Commerce or another related field.
Experience:
- 6 - 10 years’ experience in warehouse management with exposure to leadership position.
Language:
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Arabic language.
- Good command of both spoken and written English language.
Computer Skills:
- Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent ERP (Warehouse module) preferred SAP

Work Conditions:
- Full time job
- 9 hours including one hour break
- Night shift from 4pm to 1 am or over night shift from 12 am to 9 am
