- Managing talent acquisition and recruitment processes while providing best HR practices.
- Providing support to employees in various HR daily activities such as leaves, mission or medical insurance issues …etc. and resolving any work-related issues.
- Assisting in development, improvement and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
- Conducting onboarding/Orientation for the new team members.
- Handling all paperwork related to new hire / registration of Company Employees.
- Maintaining employee files and records in both hard & Soft copies.
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data and maintaining accurate and complete employee records.
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, HR certification will be a plus.2-4 years of HR experience in Mobile Tech industry is a must.Very Good Command in English (oral and written).Proficient in MS Office.Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent communication skills.problem-solving skills.
