- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria for potential buyers. - Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers.
- Address client inquiries and provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and terms of sale. - Sales Process Management:
- Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
