- Dealing with the shipping lines, freight quotations, loading, and booking.
- Responsible for all required Export/Import documentation: Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit when needed.
- Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Timely preparation of export documentation and Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments with customers and suppliers;
- Actively advise and participate in making decisions regarding the selection of carriers and routes.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for prioritizing tasks to meet expected shipping dates and maintaining an accurate inventory.
Bachelor Degree : Preferable logistic or commerce degree.Experience Background :Logistics , Freight Forwarders.Excellent English language along with Computer Skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Preferably residence of Badr , Sherouk City , 10th of Ramadan , Obour.
