  • Set daily, weekly & monthly plans to achieve personal targets.
  • Determine the sell-up plan monthly basis.
  • Set the collection plan for assigned groups/groups to ensure the collection schedule. 
  • Start The student journey by sending them all the required information and technical details & schedules.
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers while ensuring client satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Support and provide the students with important information via phone, emails, and follow-up with them.
  • Assured answering inbound calls and responding to students' requests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Send any required surveys to collect student feedback and concerns.
  • Upselling any extra product will match student needs.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Reach out to students for any missing data related to the studying journey.
  • Assure monitoring for all student's financial settlements executing the plan.
  • Work closely with the Sales team and other technical teams to ensure an exceptional student experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate, Solve, and fulfilling student’s needs.
  • Maintain and update the existing database with changes and the status of each student. 
  • Collaborate with students to build and manage Customer Success Plans.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers promptly.
