We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various teams within the organization to ensure the security and integrity of our network infrastructure. As a Senior Network Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, responding to security incidents, and implementing measures to safeguard our systems against emerging threats. This position requires hands-on experience with a wide range of networking technologies and a deep understanding of security best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC) team to provide effective monitoring for unusual activity and security threats.
• Participate in collaborative efforts to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to respond to regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Proactively address identified vulnerabilities and implement security best practices.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate efforts for incident response.
• Conduct post-incident analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our network defenses remain robust.

1- Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in the following technologies:
• Routers and Switches Security
• NGFW (Cisco, Fortigate, PaloAlto)
• Secure Web Gateway (Symantec Bluecoat)
• VPN Technologies (DMVPN, Site 2 Site, Remote Access)
• MFA Technologies (DUO, Entrust)
• Secure Access Gateways (Citrix)
• ADC/WAF (Citrix, F5, AVI)
• Network Admission Control (Cisco ISE)
• DDOS (Arbor)

2- VMWARE NSX Technology:

• Possess technical knowledge and hands-on experience with VMWARE NSX technology.
• Expertise in NSX-T Architecture, including NSX Manager, NSX Controller, and NSX Edge Nodes.
• Implementation of logical networking components, load balancing services, and security features within NSX-T.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving network issues within NSX-T.
• Experience in planning and executing NSX-T software upgrades and updates.
• Integration with 3rd Party security providers.
