Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.• Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.• Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.• Maintain and update the website, ensuring product listings are accurate and visually appealing.• Work with the IT team to ensure website functionality and performance.• Manage website content and coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.• Create and manage product listings, including writing product descriptions, uploading images, and ensuring correct pricing.• Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO), Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid social media.• Develop and implement online marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.• Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and improve the online shopping experience.• Implement and manage customer loyalty programs.• Track and report on website analytics, sales metrics, and marketing campaign performance.• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales and customer engagement.• Coordinate with the inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.• Manage online inventory levels and update product availability on the website.
