Medical Sales Representative Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.


 Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.- Set individual and team sales targets, and monitor progress towards goals.- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts.- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.Requirements:- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets and driving results.- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Experience in medical devices is a plus.If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you!
