Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CPA or MBA preferred.Experience +10 Years in accountant Department.3Years proven experience as an accountant Manager.Real-estate background (IS a Must).Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniquesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.Fluent in English language.
