Social Media and Internal Communication Supervisor

Egypt - Cairo

• Develop and lead the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.
• Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations
• Work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that all internal communication is aligned with business objectives and supports the company’s culture and values
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant internal and external communications.
• Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture
• Manage all DEIB communications, cultural and wellness calendars, meetings and other events
• Manage and maintain the company’s internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
• Manage internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture
• Manage our social media accounts. and responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts.


• Bachelor’s degree in Mass communication or a related field.• 4-5 years of experience in internal communications, BPO & corporate background• 2+ years of experience managing a team• Excellent writing and editing skills• Strong project management skills• Experience with content creation and delivery (i.e. email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations)• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
