- Preparing, managing, reviewing, and updating the overall project schedule and specific project schedule
- Performing critical path analysis of schedules
- Integrating project budget and schedule to support project team analysis and reporting
- Participating, assessing, and advising in claims analysis, responsible for reviewing extension of impact on complex change requests and claims and where necessary preparing forensic planning and delay/ disruption analysis to determine the cause and effect of specific delay events
- Work with project teams, which include contracts and project engineers, to pull together the correct information in preparation for the analysis of claims and disputes
- Preparing schedule performance measurement reports, forecasts, and studies
- Preparing project plans and detailed manpower utilization plans
- Review critical paths and restraints to determine the effect of changes on the schedule and recommend workarounds to mitigate impacts
- Developing plans and recommendations for mitigation of impacts of schedule problems.
- Assisting in the preparation of the monthly progress report
- Reviewing progress reports against current baseline schedules
- Performing special analysis for resource loading and performance progress
- Ensuring project policies and procedures are implemented accordingly
- Developing action and recovery plans to support project delivery on time
