The Inventory Control Accountant will report to the Chief Accountant and is in charge of tracking and managing the company's inventories.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage local inventory (stock) process.
2. Enter inventory data in the Oracle ERP system.
3. Perform month-end close activities related to inventory.
4. Follow up the three-way matching process.
5. Ensuring uploaded physical counts are accurate and match documented results for all branches.
6. Follow up the regular procedure of inventory count.
7. Prepare various financial analyses related to costs, inventory, and expense for various products as needed.
1. Proven working experience (2-3 years) as an Inventory Control Accountant.2. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping.3. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.4. Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.5. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and NetSuite.6. Proficiency in English and in MS Office.7. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.8. BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
