- Prepare and review the sold units’ contracts, cancelation and unit transfers.
- Coordinate with the finance department to get the necessary financial information to be included in the contract.
- Keep track of and file all issued contracts.
- Coordinate with the legal department to insure the legalities of the contracts.
- Review issued contracts with all concerned departments.
- Assist during client contract signature meetings, and insuring clients sign all required documents such as reservation, payment plan etc….
- In charge of units reservation.
- Prepare the floor plans in coordination with the Engineering department.
Experience :4-6 years of experience in contract issuing; real estate experience is a must. EDUCATION: License in law. Qualifications: Depth knowledge of MS office. English proficiency Up to date with legal requirements.
