- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee database (hard and soft copies)
- Prepare Job posts on recruitment websites
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, etc.
- Assist in sourcing candidates and updating our database
- Schedule HR and Technical tests and interviews as per the managers' available calendar
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative positionKnowledge of human resources processes and best practices.Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communitiesFamiliarity with social media recruitingAbility to handle data with confidentialityBSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plusVery good English level.
