- Oversee day-to-day export operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of pharmaceutical products to international markets.
- Increase the client list in the targeted country and sustain and maintain the relation with current clients to achieve company sales plans.
- Manage export documentation, including certificates of analysis, free sale certificates, and shipping documents.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, freight forwarders, and international customers to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.
- Assist Export Manager in developing and implementing export strategies to expand market reach and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze export data to identify trends and optimize logistics.
- Manage and mentor export team members, providing training and support.
- Stay current with international trade regulations and compliance requirements for pharmaceuticals.
Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.Minimum 7 years of experience in managing sale and achieving forecasts.Strong understanding of international trade regulations, incoterms, and export documentation.Proficient in export compliance software and customs procedures.Fluent in EnglishFrench Speaking is a plus.
