We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team at SIAMP Egypt. As an IT Systems Administrator, will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our ERP system, as well as handling various IT-related tasks. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• ERP Implementation:
  • Lead the implementation of our ERP system, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful deployment.
  • Customize and optimize the ERP system to meet the organization’s specific needs.
  • Train end-users on system functionality and provide ongoing support.
• General IT Support:
  • Respond to IT-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues reported by employees.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
  • Monitor system performance and address any performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard company data.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
