Roots Development is looking for professional and experienced real estate Junior and Senior property consultants for its Resale and Primary teams, with the below duties:
- Provide the right advice and assist sellers and investors in purchasing properties.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that best fitting them.
- Attracting customers. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to potential buyers and investors.
- Maintain regular contact with developers, owners and potential buyers to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
- Handling the selling process including approaching, showing and closing.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Cooperating with developers.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Bachelor degree is a must. Should have a proven track in sales in general.
