· Expedite Handovers to Owner:

 Facilitate swift and efficient handover processes as a vital part of the Handover team.

· Project Management Collaboration: 

Collaborate closely with project management, project controls, and construction teams to provide valuable input and track handover package progress.

· Maintaining Client Relations: 

Foster strong relationships with clients, office personnel, and project management to ensure responsive support to project needs. Act as a representative for startup initiatives on project teams when designated.

· Reporting and Issue Escalation: 

Compile comprehensive reports, create presentation slides, and raise concerns at senior-level forums when necessary. Seek guidance and direction as needed.

· Monitoring Handover Performance:

 Oversee the performance of all handover activities against established plans. Promptly identify and communicate any issues that could potentially hinder successful handover to the relevant teams.

· Risk Identification and Mitigation: 

Proactively identify potential risks and challenges that may impede the handover process. Implement effective mitigation strategies to address these concerns.

· Stakeholder Communication: 

Address inquiries, concerns, and issues raised by stakeholders promptly and efficiently to ensure smooth handover processes.

· Stakeholder Liaison:

 Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including Operation & Maintenance teams and third-party contractors, to manage expectations and facilitate effective collaboration throughout the handover process.
