  • Direct and manage the financial planning of the company.
  • Ensure “right the first time” preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, variance reporting actions, and governmental agency reports.
  • Responsible for building models, analyzing data, and preparing statements to reconcile income with expenses to keep track of the company’s earnings and projected cash flow.
  • Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments.
  • Oversee investment of funds and work with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
  • Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; make or oversee any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
  • Study long-range economic trends and project their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
  • Manage fundraising plans and capital structure.
  • Identify opportunities and sponsors the exploiting for expansion into new areas.
  • Work with the CEO and executives committee to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the expansion areas and directs the action plan.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO, Board, and members of the executive management team.
  • Manage and retain relationships with various vendors, governmental bodies, and financial bodies.
  • Ensure the meeting of the needs of the internal customers.
  • Support the Financial team’s work efficiently by having a well-designed organizational structure that allows the Finance team to achieve their goals.
  • Responsible for talent management process that attracts, onboard, mentors, trains, and retains the best financial talents and ensure equipping the team with the knowledge needed to grow. 

Minimum of 15-20years of experience in the financial Field.In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practicesExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsBachelor's degree in a reputable financial educational bodyChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification or similar is highly preferableFinancial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation is highly preferableFinancial Risk Manager (FRM) certification is preferable
