- Support All Users on SAP modules (FICO - MM -SD - PP- PM) modules.
- Apply & testing all new modifications
- Give needed support in all reporting tools for all department.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot user-reported problems within the SAP system.
- Analyze error messages, system logs, and user descriptions to identify root causes.
- Implement solutions to resolve issues efficiently, minimizing user downtime.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior support personnel or SAP developers when necessary.
- Maintain master data on SAP for All Modules
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions and concerns regarding SAP functionalities.
- Develop or deliver training materials to educate users on new features, processes, or best practices within the SAP system.
- Assist users with system navigation, data entry, and report generation.
