SAP Coordinator " SAP Application Support "

  • Support All Users on SAP modules (FICO - MM -SD - PP- PM) modules.
  • Apply & testing all new modifications 
  • Give needed support in all reporting tools for all department.  
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot user-reported problems within the SAP system.
  • Analyze error messages, system logs, and user descriptions to identify root causes.
  • Implement solutions to resolve issues efficiently, minimizing user downtime.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior support personnel or SAP developers when necessary.
  • Maintain master data on SAP for All Modules 
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions and concerns regarding SAP functionalities.
  • Develop or deliver training materials to educate users on new features, processes, or best practices within the SAP system.
  •  Assist users with system navigation, data entry, and report generation.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of SAP software and its functionalities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
