- Oversee the design and engineering aspects of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to facilitate the approval and licensing process for projects.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations that may impact our architectural projects.
- Collaborate with the project management team to identify and address any technical or regulatory issues that may arise during the design and construction phases.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the architectural design team, ensuring the feasibility and practicality of design proposals.
- Prepare and submit permit applications, documentation, and other materials required for project approvals and licenses.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with government officials, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of strategies and policies to navigate the regulatory landscape and streamline the project approval process.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.Professional Engineering (P.E.) license and/or Architect's license preferred.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the architecture or engineering industry, with a strong background in government relations and licensing.
