• Attending and following up on the quality department's important meetings and documenting the agreed work plan
• assuring that the work plan is being implemented according to the company's vision.

• Providing reports and analytical data that indicate goals' achievement to take the appropriate decision.
• evaluating the performance of all company's sectors to determine how to measure the performance.
• Providing consultations and services that will help in increasing the production and Providing better services
• coordinating with all sectors to ensure the implementation of any required corrective actions.
• submitting any proposals that would help in raising the performance and achieving any future goals.
• Providing and following up on any recommendations related to developing work performance and achieving company's goals.
• ensure the implementation of company's strategy regarding the developing of the work performance.
• Develop and follow up on observations and recommendations related to developing and increasing the percentage of achievement and achieving the company’s goals.
• Providing reports and analytical data to review the results and measure indicators of achieving the set goals to contribute to making the appropriate decision.
