We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the proper sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment, ensuring adherence to all infection control and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following established protocols.
- Prepare and organize instruments for dental procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory of instruments.
- Ensure compliance with infection control regulations.
- Perform regular checks and maintenance on sterilization equipment.
- Assist dental staff with the setup and breakdown of treatment rooms.
- Maintain a clean and organized sterilization area.
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a dental or medical setting is a plus.Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control standards.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills.
