Personnel & Payroll Specialist

  • Follow up the attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine" & entering new employees.
  • Provide periodic reports about employees’ regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc.
  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. 
  • Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
  • Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date.
  • Manage in the process of employee’s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees. 
  • Conduct total compensation market analysis to enhance market competitiveness.
  • Conduct job evaluation and job mapping activities & salary surveys.
  • Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
  • Monitor payment of salary, tax, and social insurance share.
  • Conducting all Social Insurance documents, such as Form 1, 2 and 6.
  • Receiving all attendance-related documents, such as leaves requests, missions requests, etc.
  • Keeping all employees' documents in their files and making sure they are all complete.
  • Handling labor office documents.
  • Receiving employees' complaints in relation to their monthly pays.
  • Handling bank communications in relation to the employees monthly pay

3 to 5 proven work experience as Payroll & Personnel SpecialistIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Excellent in MS Office.Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skillsBSc degree is a must Good knowledge of the English languageGood communication and presentation skillsPositive, responsible and hard worker
