- Follow up the attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine" & entering new employees.
- Provide periodic reports about employees’ regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc.
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
- Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date.
- Manage in the process of employee’s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
- Conduct total compensation market analysis to enhance market competitiveness.
- Conduct job evaluation and job mapping activities & salary surveys.
- Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
- Monitor payment of salary, tax, and social insurance share.
- Conducting all Social Insurance documents, such as Form 1, 2 and 6.
- Receiving all attendance-related documents, such as leaves requests, missions requests, etc.
- Keeping all employees' documents in their files and making sure they are all complete.
- Handling labor office documents.
- Receiving employees' complaints in relation to their monthly pays.
- Handling bank communications in relation to the employees monthly pay
3 to 5 proven work experience as Payroll & Personnel SpecialistIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Excellent in MS Office.Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skillsBSc degree is a must Good knowledge of the English languageGood communication and presentation skillsPositive, responsible and hard worker
