Section Head - OD & Total Rewards

  • Develop HR related policies and procedures.
  • Create work processes and job descriptions and evaluation.
  • Implement the Total Reward Strategy and retention plan
  • Maintain company salary structure, employment cost budgets and maintain internal equity.
  • Conduct annual salary survey to make sure that company's pay scale is inline with market.
  • Manage promotions, merit increase & bonuses and performance management.
  • Identify and analyze training and development needs for employees through periodical appraisals.
  • Develop and manage training plan and budget as per annual business objectives.
  • Communicate and negotiate with training providers for technical and financial proposals.
  • Design, review, and validate content and material for different trainings programs.
  • Maintain learning and development records and post-training evaluations to rate the providers and trainees and to calculate the ROI of the training.
  • Design and conduct the onboarding program for the newly hires and summer interns.
  • Plan and manage the under-grads and the grads internship programs.
  • Support Talent Management function.

Academic education: BA/MBA in business administration or similar8 years of experience in similar position(s) preferably in Real EstateExcellent knowledge of English.A strong knowledge of Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies is essentialStrong project management, analytical, organizational and excel skills are essential.High sense of responsibility, great commitment, high flexibility, high confidentialitySelf-motivated and results driven with a proven ability to work independentlyPost-graduate HR certificate is a must (HR Diploma / CIPD / SHRM…etc).
