*Review and study all tender documents to ensure that all data required for pricing are available.
*Send inquiries to clients, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors.
*Attend tender site visit and prepare report.
*Prepare technical queries such as, details, missing documents pertaining to the tender.
*Prepare packages and Contact suppliers and subcontractors for offer.
*Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements and make comparative analysis.
*Preparation of material takeoff.
*Prepare detailed estimation and cost analysis for direct cost (material, labor, equipment & subcontractor and any other construction cost.
*Prepare value engineering proposals.
*Revise the costing for the post tender clarifications received.
*Preparation of the bid packages technical and commercial proposal.
*Negotiating with clients and subcontractors.
*Prepare final contract BOQ based on the agreed contract value.
*Preparing sub-contractor invoices weekly as per Quantity survey by site Engineers.
*Prepare, submit and follow up the shop drawings, QS and as built drawings.
*Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders.
2-3 years of experience.Bachelor's degree in architecture.Proven experience as construction and finishing will be an advantage.Very Good knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Excel) / AUTOCAD.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Good budgeting experience.
