• Analyze design issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform civil design analysis and calculations according to project requirements.
• Review project plan and determine the design feasibilities and constraints
• Handle day-by-day site issues, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve.
• Review labors’ productivity rates to ensure that it is within the budget.
• Coordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems. • Coordinate with technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings received from subcontractors.
• Consider health, safety and environmental requirements when developing civil designs
• +5 years of professional experience as site engineer• Solid computer skills (MS Office, web-based applications)• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)• Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping• Detail and deadline oriented.• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.• Strong drafting, space planning, interior and architectural design skills.• High standards for time management.• Flexible and creative problem-solving.
