Secretary & Business Coordinator

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Undertake receptionist duties
  • Patient reservations and follow up with patients
  • Organizing documents, arranging files, & registering electronic documents to access all documents.
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic archives

Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative AssistantFamiliarity with office organization and optimization techniquesHigh degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilityProviding the patient with the Ritz Carlton experience over the phone and in the clinicIntegrity and professionalismAbility to speak EnglishGood computer skillsVery good Communication & Customer Relations skillsWorking days: Saturday till Thursdays (8 hours per day)Answering patient inquiries over messaging systems and answering the phone calls daily (9am-10pm)
