- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implement and manage sales tools to enhance the sales process.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to establish sales goals.
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Work with sales operations team leader and other personnel to help keep businesses running smoothly.

Bachelor’s Degree Preferably in business administration (BUE, GUC), business, marketing, or a related field . 1-2 years experience in operations. Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills.Problem solver.Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good IT literacy (MS Office, ERP & Business emails).Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
