- Act as first line of support for all inquiries and needs from workers.
- Prepare internal announcement.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job ad, resume screening, phone screening.
- Send requests for employees HR/Experience/ Invitation Letters, and daily requests.
- Maintain and create new employee files and records in ERP system and paper form.
- Follow up on employees’ contract renewal and probation period.
- Track & record employee attendance, absence & vacations.
- Calculate the monthly overtime, meal allowance , and other deduction.
- Complete the procedures for new hires and termination procedures.
- Update life insurance report including additions, and cancellation.
- Responsible for medical insurance additional and cancellation
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant filed.2-3 years of experience in HR-related field.Excellent communication skills.Excellent in English language.Proficient in MS Office.
