  • Morning shift: 9 am to 4 pm
  • Mi-day shift: 12 pm to 7 pm  
  • Night shift: 4 pm to 11 pm
  • Days off : Friday plus extra day is negotiable.
  • Age : 27 - 37
  • Gender: Both Genders 
  • Fixed Salary ++

CRM/Treatment Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing patient satisfaction, ensuring clear communication of treatment plans, managing financial aspects related to treatments, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the dental practice. Their work is essential in fostering strong patient relationships and promoting successfully running dental practice.

Job role:

  1. Patient Interaction: Greeting patients as they arrive at the dental office with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  2. Patient Intake: Welcoming new patients, collecting necessary information, and assisting with the completion of initial paperwork. Providing patients with necessary forms and ensuring they understand the office policies.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the dental team, including dental assistants, hygienists, and the office manager, to ensure smooth workflow. Communicating effectively with dental professionals regarding patient needs and schedules.
  4. Patient Follow-Up: Following up with patients regarding appointment reminders and post-treatment care instructions. Seeking patient feedback and addressing any concerns or issues.
  5. Problem-Solving: Addressing patient concerns or conflicts and finding appropriate resolutions. Collaborating with the dental team to troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.

 

Patient Relationship Management:

  • Patient Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries, and providing information about treatments and procedures.
  • Follow-Up: Managing follow-up communications with patients to ensure compliance with treatment plans and address any post-treatment concerns.

Treatment Coordination:

  • Treatment Planning: Working closely with dentists to develop and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, explaining procedures, expected outcomes, and timelines.
  • Case Presentation: Presenting treatment options and costs to patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns to help them make informed decisions.
  • Consent and Documentation: Obtaining informed consent for treatments and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Scheduling and Follow-Up:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and overseeing treatment appointments to ensure efficient use of the dentist’s time and minimal wait times for patients.
  • Recall System Management: Implementing and managing a recall system to remind patients of upcoming appointments and necessary follow-up visits.

Patient Education:

  • Education and Support: Providing patients with detailed information about their dental health, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Resource Provision: Supplying educational materials such as brochures, videos, or online resources to help patients understand their dental conditions and treatments.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • CRM Software Management: Utilizing CRM software to track patient interactions, treatment progress, and follow-up needs, ensuring all patient data is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Reporting: Generating reports on patient engagement, treatment acceptance and conversion rates.

 

 


 English fluency is a must plus other languages is a preferred requirement. Job requirements for this position:Education and Training: Bachelor degree is typically required.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, dental professionals, and other staff members.Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for patients. Maintaining an orderly and efficient front office.Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with dental practice management software and basic computer skills. Ability to use software for appointment scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks.Phone Etiquette: Professional phone etiquette when answering calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries.Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling and confirming patient appointments. Managing the dental office's appointment calendar efficiently.Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative responsibilities.Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the dental team, including dental assistants, hygienists, and the office manager, to ensure smooth workflow.Attention to Detail: Paying attention to detail in maintaining accurate patient records and processing administrative tasks.Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with patients and colleagues.
