- Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.
- Create and distribute account management reports on a monthly basis.
- Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing activities.
- Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.
- Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting of any related field.5+ Years in relevant experience preferably in real estate.Flexible and very good with numbersCan work in a very dynamic environment.Good English is a must.
